Ace Ticket is a privately owned ticket agency. Prices are based on the difficulty of finding tickets and the cost of obtaining them and are often bought and sold above the face value of the ticket. If an event is canceled, the full purchase price will be refunded. If an event is rescheduled the tickets will be good for the rescheduled date. All requests for refunds must be made within two weeks of the cancelled event. All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, change of venue, date or time.

Please note that we reserve the right to upgrade your order at no extra cost if your seats are no longer available. You will not be charged if we cannot fill your order. Orders received with invalid Credit cards, declined credit cards, or credit cards that don't match the billing address will not be reserved. Please make sure you include the correct billing address for your credit card. We will only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.

Covid-19 Related Policies

Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and the future possibilities of other pandemics arising the live event industry is preparing for all outcomes. Some venues may require temperature checks or other forms of health checks before allowing entry to an event. Venues/Artists may require proof of vaccination against Covid-19 and/or a negative Covid-19 test. Ace Ticket will not be responsible nor will they offer a refund if you are denied entry due to any form of health check being administered by the venue or by a failure to provide documents that includes but are not limited to proof of vaccination, proof of negative Covid-19 test. Venue/Artist/Government policies may change without notice and Ace Ticket will not be responsible for any changes outside of our control.

Some venues may decide to limit the capacity and enforce social distancing rules at their events at any time. If you have purchased tickets for an event that implements any guidelines and restrictions on capacity, your tickets may become invalid. In this scenario you will be refunded in full for your purchase. Ace Ticket will not be responsible for replacing invalidated tickets with other seats for events that are limiting capacity.

After Ordering & Email Notification

The email you receive after your order is sent through is only an indication that your order has been placed, it is not confirmation of order completion. You will receive a second email when your tickets ship or are ready for pick up. Furthermore, if you selected the pick up at store option tickets must be picked up at our location, not the box office. Tickets will never be held at any box office or venue. Important: Also Note: In Massachusetts, the resale of tickets to certain events is regulated by statutes and regulations, including G.L. c. 140, ßß 185A ñ G, that authorize certain officials, including the Commissioner of Public Safety, to bring legal action against ticket resellers for claimed violations. In order to buy a ticket from Ace Ticket, you must acknowledge and agree that you cannot and will not bring any claim or cause of action in any private suit or administrative proceeding that is in any way based on Ace Ticketís alleged violation of any such statute or regulation, including, without limitation, G.L. c. 140, ßß 185A ñ G, and that your sole and exclusive remedy for the violation of any such statute or regulation will be to file a complaint or other notice with the public official responsible for enforcement of such statute or regulation. By purchasing a ticket from Ace Ticket, you expressly waive and forever release all claims that you, individually or as part of a class, might bring in a private action based on the alleged improper resale of regulated tickets in violation of any such statute or regulation, including, without limitation, G.L. c. 140, ßß 185A ñ G.
